Austria finishes in 3rd place in Pool A with a 1-2 record and Trinidad and Tobago finishes in 4th at 0-3. Cuba's Nivaldo Diaz/Sergio Gonzalez won the pool with a 3-0 record and Saymon Barbosa/Alvaro Filho of Brazil finished 2nd at 2-1.
Austria will have to wait to see if it advances directly into the knockout phase or plays in a "lucky" loser later today to advance. Trinidad and Tobago has been eliminated and finishes 37th.
