Canada wins Pool L with a 3-0 record and Austria finishes 2nd at 2-1. Also in Pool L, Canada's Aaron Nusbaum/Ryan Vandenburg finished 3rd at 1-2 and Rahman Raoufi/Bahman Salemiinjehboroun of Iran finished in 4th place with an 0-3 record.
Both Austria and Canada have advanced to the knockout phase and will play Thursday, 3 August.
