Fan Wang, China – “Vienna is cool and the sun is good. In China the weather is hot and here it is good. Italia is a new team and it is the first time (we met). They (Becky Perry) are tall and hits hard and so fast.”
Becky Perry, Italy – (On the change after the first set) “We couldn’t side out and after a few in a row they gained confidence. We didn’t keep our confidence. We tried to bring that into the third set and we were able to receive better in the third set but not set and attack and sideout better. Kind of a sideout game we lost.”
Marta Menegatti, Italy – “In the first set we were happy with our sideout because they were serving well all the time. But as Becky said we played worse in the second and third and that’s it.”
