Due to the strict security regulations, every person working in and at the event area must be accredited. Since there is no exception, we also need this information from all players and players crew to provide the appropriate accreditation.
The following information from each player as well as player's crew members is requested and to be sent back to akkreditierung@acts.at:
- name
- nationality
- date of birth
- residence
- phone number
- job function at event
- days of work
- ID (Scan or copy of an official photo ID)
- current photo:
- JPG format
- current profile picture
- no sunglasses, hat, or hands obscuring the face

24 – 25 July: 09:00 – 18:00
From July 26, 1 a.m., the accreditation counters will be located at the event area (Danube Island). You can either pick them up at the Schulschiff or at the main entrance (U6 Handelskai).
Please collect your accreditation personally. If you would like to pick up accreditation on behalf of someone else, please be sure to bring along the relevant ID/s.
No accreditation will be given without a valid ID due to strict security regulations.
