Lars Fluggen, Germany - "We prepared to this game a little bit differently since we didn't know the Venezuelans so well. We tried to focus on our side of the game and it's good that we could end our pool with a victory. It gives us power for the next round".
Markus Bockermann, Germany - "They don't play in the World Tour so we had very little information on them, only what we could get from their first two matches here. But we did a good job. We played better on this game than we did on the first two but there are still a couple of things we can improve for the next round".
Carlos "Charly" Rangel, Venezuela - "This was a very good tournament and it took us a while to figure the other teams out since we don't compete regularly in the World Tour. Now we will keep training and preparing for next year, when hopefully we can play more international tournaments".
Jonathan Golindano, Venezuela - "It was a very tough game. The Germans are a very good team in the World Tour having even won some tournaments themselves. We barely competed in the World Tour this season, so it was difficult for us to keep up with their level".
