Qatar avenges a 2-1 loss to the Latvian's at the 2015 FIVB Xiamen Open to even the head-to-head at 1-1 in FIVB World Tour competition.
Qatar wins Pool B with a 3-0 record and Latvia finishes 2nd at 2-1. Also in Pool B, Germany's Markus Bockermann/Lars Fluggen finished in 3rd place with a 1-2 record and Jhonatan Golindano/Carlos Rangel of Venezuela finished in 4th at 0-3.
Both Latvia and Qatar have advanced to the knockout phase and will play Thursday, 3 August.
